Returns Conditions & Guidelines
We offer returns or replacements under the following terms and guidelines:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a jersey that has a manufacturing defect, print issues, or was damaged in transit, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If we ship an item that does not match your order (wrong team, wrong color, etc.), we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised/Printed Jerseys: As stated across our product details, customised (printed) jerseys are non-returnable. Once a jersey is custom-printed with a specific name and number, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing mistake on our part.
- Size Selection Policy: The selection of the size is completely the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our size guides carefully before placing your order. If a customer orders a specific size and we deliver the exact size requested, a return or exchange is not possible due to sizing or fitting issues.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
Our shipping rates and timeframes are as follows:
- Dhaka: 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Charges: 130 TK for addresses outside Chattogram, and 60 TK for addresses inside Chattogram.
- Combo & Promotional Products: Eligible for free delivery nationwide at checkout.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return criteria (e.g. damaged, wrong item sent), please reach out to us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package. You can contact us via our Facebook page or support channels. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos/videos of the product showing the defect or wrong item.
